This role is designed for a seasoned "business athlete" with at least 8 years of high-level sales experience, specifically within the CCaaS or SaaS sectors. You are the ideal candidate if you excel at a "land and expand" strategy—balancing the nurturing of existing accounts with the aggressive hunting of new revenue streams within those organizations. Experience selling to the C-suite for accounts with 100 to 3,000 agents is critical. A standout feature of this position is the "hunting license" for a pre-defined list of existing customers, allowing you to bypass cold outreach in favor of strategic account growth. The role is fully remote within the U.S. and focuses heavily on cutting-edge AI offerings, placing you at the forefront of contact center innovation.
