The perfect candidate has a background in Mid-Market or Enterprise sales and understands how to navigate complex relationships with distributors, resellers, and service providers to drive indirect revenue. The position offers a high degree of flexibility with a fully remote US-based option (unless you live near their San Ramon HQ, where it becomes hybrid). Five9 is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Channel Sales Manager to help expand our Commercial and Mid-Market industry-leading partner ecosystem. This is a key position within our Channel Sales organization and will report directly to our Senior Channel Development Director. This mission-driven team is responsible for opening new routes to market and helping partners build and sell customer experience offers quickly and efficiently. Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
