This role is ideal for a senior-level Customer Success professional with at least 5 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts. You should be a "builder" who enjoys creating processes from scratch rather than just following a playbook. Since AI implementation is a core part of the product strategy, they are looking for someone technically curious who can lead workshops and translate complex features into business value for senior stakeholders. The compensation is highly competitive ($145k – $175k OTE) for a hybrid role based in San Francisco. A standout aspect of this position is the opportunity to be an early member of the Enterprise team, giving you direct influence over the company's CS strategy and product roadmap. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $145,000-$175,000.
