This role is ideal for a high-energy "hunter" with at least 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically within the Contact Center (CCaaS) or CRM space. Despite the "Director" title, this is an **individual contributor** position focused on full-cycle sales. You should be comfortable navigating C-level conversations and managing a mix of complex enterprise deals and high-velocity transactional sales.
The position offers a hybrid work model requiring three days a week in San Francisco or San Ramon. The compensation package is competitive, featuring a base salary up to $168,300 plus commissions, stock options, and a generous benefits package where the company covers 100% of the employee’s health premiums.
