Summary

This role is designed for a high-energy **SaaS hunter** with at least 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales—specifically within the Contact Center (CCaaS) or CRM space. Despite the "Director" title, this is a senior **Individual Contributor** position. The ideal candidate is a "business athlete" who excels at C-suite pitching and managing the full sales cycle from cold-call lead generation to final closure. The compensation package is highly competitive, offering a base salary up to $168,300 plus commissions, stock options, and a 100% employer-paid health insurance tier. The role offers excellent flexibility as a **fully remote** position (provided you live more than 50 miles from San Ramon), backed by a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k match and generous parental leave. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a proven track record of hitting quotas in the under-1,000-seat contact center market. * Are comfortable self-generating your own pipeline through networking and cold outreach. * Possess deep expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) for forecasting and opportunity management. * Can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with a high degree of business acumen.

The Mid-Market Sales Director is an individual contributor role. In this position, the individual creates, identifies, and closes sales. The Sales Director's primary responsibility is to acquire new customers and drive revenue. A successful Sales Director is a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time.

We look for business athletes who are aggressive team players - hungry, nimble and intelligent - with the ability and willingness to close a mix of complex enterprise and more transactional deals.

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
