This role is designed for a mid-to-senior level technical professional with at least 6 years of experience, specifically within the credit card or financial services industry. You’ll act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, focusing on Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical consulting, root cause analysis, and the ability to translate complex system issues into actionable business solutions.
As a specialist, you will move beyond basic troubleshooting to perform "deep dives" into client inquiries, even writing macros or coding scripts to support customizations. While the position is strictly on-site in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or Georgia, it offers the stability of a global fintech leader with a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement options and charitable gift matching.
