This role is designed for a seasoned Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience driving revenue for high-scale consumer apps. The ideal candidate has worked at both scrappy startups and larger companies (1M+ users), specifically within multi-sided ecosystems like marketplaces or social platforms. You should be a "product craft" specialist who balances data-driven experimentation with strong intuition to build monetization features that users actually enjoy paying for.
The compensation is highly competitive ($188k–$269k) for a fully remote position. You’ll join a high-talent density team (alumni from Netflix, Stripe, and Instagram) with significant autonomy to shape the company's global revenue engine. Because the team is small (~200 people) relative to their massive reach of 45 million children, your work will have an immediate, outsized impact on the company’s trajectory and the future of education.
