You should have at least three years of recent experience in primary care or gynecology and feel comfortable leveraging technology to deliver high-quality virtual care. While California-based for this listing, the role requires an active U.S. license and prescriptive authority, with a strong preference for candidates licensed in multiple states. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of **$50–$70 per hour** plus bonus potential and a full benefits package. Unlike traditional high-volume clinics, this role emphasizes quality patient interactions through structured, evidence-based protocols and weekly clinical education. ### 🎓 Qualifications

Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state. Multiple state licenses are highly preferred.

Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner.

Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar).

Minimum 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology.

Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

High proficiency and efficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools).

A strong passion for caring for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions.
