This role is designed for a senior technical professional who excels at the intersection of systems architecture and customer success. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in post-sales or consulting roles and possesses deep hands-on expertise in the cloud-native ecosystem, particularly with Kubernetes and the Prometheus/Grafana stack. As a remote-first position based in Canada, this role offers a highly competitive OTE (On-Target Earnings) range of CAD 180k - 213k, supplemented by RSU grants.
