Job Description:

# We are looking for a dynamic, tech savvy, customer focused individual to join out team at one of our prestigious law firm clients. The Lead Service Specialist assists the Site Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists. Will accurately communicate with client staff and Opensity team members regarding commitments, deadlines and challenges. You will be hands on processing complex print productions, scanning mail, quality control, client communication, mail runs, as well as trouble shooting lost packages, inventory and supply management, assist facilities and hospitality tasks. Our office is open from 8am to 5:30pm, so we are looking for someone who can be completely flexible with starting as early as 8am, or working as late as 5:30pm. The standard shift will be 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m. Overtime will be required occasionally with earlier start or departure times. This position will be developed into a Site Supervisor by the end of the year.

The Compensation range for this role is 26.00 to 31.25 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
