Job Description:

# The Office Services Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional client service at an on‑site support services center. This role ensures a consistently high level of client satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to client needs, while continually evaluating and improving operational processes in alignment with Opensity Solutions’ Standards of Operational Excellence. The Site Manager supervises all Service Specialists at the site, including recruiting, training, and supporting their ongoing professional development. In addition, the role is responsible for monthly reporting of production volumes to the Enterprise Operations Manager and reviewing performance trends with the client to ensure timely, efficient, and high‑quality service, while upholding Opensity Solutions’ established standards of service and best practices.

The Compensation range for this role is up to 84,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
