Key Responsibilities

• UK SC (Security Cleared) is Mandatory


• The Windows 10 OS Imaging Engineer is accountable for managing the Win-10 feature/version upgrade release cycle by Microsoft.


• Experience in WaaS Implementation – WIN-10


• Understand each feature of new WaaS and WIN-10 OS build types


• Solution the upgrade/implementation of annual Win-10 OS release, driving change control, managing issues and escalation, cross team coordination and milestone management.


• E3 Level OS Imaging skills 


• E3 Level SCCM skills 


• E3 PowerShell Scripting skills 


• E3 Level MDT skills


• MDT image capture 


• MDT Driver Updates & MS Patch Updates


• AD GPO management change and investigation


• SCCM Packaging and Deployment


• Maintain Windows Compliance Policies 


• Auto enrolment configuration of Windows 10 devices


• 2nd/3rd line resolution of incidents.


• Raise Change Requests / Attend CAB meetings.


• Provide support and assistance to the deployment specialist with Windows 10 annual updates.


• Enterprise device provisioning, management, configuration, life-cycle management


• Actively identify Improvement areas, new features, and work towards integrating them with Design followed by implementation
