**Who this is for** Stepful is seeking an Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the student experience and scaling operations. This role is perfect for a results-oriented individual passionate about improving student journeys from learning to job placement in a dynamic EdTech setting. **Key highlights** This position will involve designing and implementing experiments to boost student retention and outcomes, optimizing processes for a growing team, and owning end-to-end projects including product feature scoping and hiring. As an Operations Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to improve our student experience, overseeing a growing team of student-experience professionals. You will build processes and systems to scale our operations and provide an outstanding learning experience for our new programs.
This role reports directly into our Group Manager, Operations.
