As an Operations Support Specialist, you would be responsible for providing support to internal business partners as well as to customers or their insurance agents through a variety of channels. Your job is to make it easy to get things done by providing fast, high quality service experiences.
No insurance experience is required either - we will provide you with all the training you need to get started with an assigned mentor, plus you’ll receive ongoing training and support to learn additional skills as you build your career at The Hartford.
This position is located on site at the Clinton, NY location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees.
