This role is ideal for a competitive, self-motivated B2B sales professional who thrives in a "boots on the ground" environment. You should have a proven track record in field sales—ideally within fintech, SaaS, or merchant services—and be comfortable managing the entire sales cycle from cold prospecting to closing. Since this role requires being in the field 75% of the time, local residency and a valid driver's license are non-negotiable. The compensation structure is a major standout, offering a $50,000 base salary with an OTE up to $152,000. Unlike many sales roles, this offers long-term wealth building through monthly residual income and quarterly bonuses.
