Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned Property & Casualty insurance professional with at least 4 years of industry experience. It is a high-impact position centered on customer retention and advocacy, requiring someone who is comfortable navigating difficult conversations, de-escalating conflicts, and educating clients on the value of their coverage. The hiring process is notably transparent, involving a practical project exercise and multiple opportunities to meet the team. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license (required). * Have 2+ years of experience specifically in retention, renewals, or handling escalations. * Are proficient with Salesforce and digital CRM tools. * Thrive in "ambiguous" environments where processes and tools evolve quickly.
