This role is ideal for experienced real estate professionals in Arizona who have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of licensing requirements. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience as a salesperson, broker, or attorney and holds an active Arizona real estate license. Since this is a hybrid role, you should be equally comfortable commanding a physical classroom in Scottsdale or Glendale and managing a professional livestream environment via Zoom. The standout feature of this position is its flexibility, offering morning, evening, and weekend shifts that can easily supplement a primary real estate career. You will be teaching pre-developed curriculum for one of the state’s leading education providers, allowing you to focus on student engagement rather than lesson planning. Compensation is paid via an hourly rate based on classroom hours. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Hold an active Arizona Real Estate license and have 5+ years of industry experience. * Are tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting Zoom or webinar tools for remote students. * Enjoy public speaking and can simplify complex legal or financial concepts for new learners. * Live in the Phoenix metro area and can commute to the Scottsdale or Glendale campuses as needed.
