This role is designed for a seasoned SaaS sales professional with at least five years of B2B experience, specifically focusing on the European market. The ideal candidate has spent the last few years in a high-growth software environment and possesses a "hunter" mentality. Since this position sits at the intersection of direct sales and channel management, you need to be comfortable both closing your own deals and coaching partners to hit their revenue targets.
Zendesk offers significant geographic flexibility, with remote options across the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, and Denmark. You will be a key player in the EMEA growth strategy, responsible for building a partner ecosystem from the ground up in your territory. The role balances strategic business planning with C-level stakeholders and hands-on execution, including conducting product demos and managing a CRM-driven pipeline.
