This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with at least 7 years of experience in SaaS or IT ecosystems, specifically within the APAC market. As a founding member of the Sydney-based sales team, you should be a "builder" who is comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage team and has a deep understanding of partner ecosystems. Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) business models is a significant advantage. The position offers a high-impact opportunity to shape the partner sales strategy for a major global brand in a critical growth region. You will benefit from a hybrid work model, with "Anchor Days" on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in the Sydney office to foster collaboration.
