Summary

This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates who are ready to hit the ground running in the fast-paced world of live e-commerce. The ideal candidate has internship experience in client-facing roles and possesses a blend of "scrappy" sales energy and analytical muscle. You should be comfortable sourcing sellers via social media while also being able to dive into data to track category growth. The compensation is highly competitive for a new grad role, ranging from **$80,000 to $90,000/year**. While the role requires you to be based near hubs in **NYC, LA, or SF**, the benefits package is top-tier, featuring a 4% 401k match, monthly stipends for food, wellness, and "dogfooding" the app, plus home office support. It’s a high-impact position where you’ll transition quickly from onboarding sellers to owning a specific category strategy. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Are a "power user" of social media and understand community-driven marketplaces. * Have basic **SQL** skills and enjoy using data to prove your strategies work. * Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments (startup experience is a plus). * Are comfortable with aggressive outbound outreach and building professional relationships from scratch.
