This is a high-stakes role for a senior revenue professional who thrives at the intersection of sales and strategy. The ideal candidate has experience carrying a $1M+ quota and navigating the complex ecosystems of enterprise SaaS or HR Tech. Since you’ll be building the partner program from the ground up, you should be a hybrid "builder-seller" who is comfortable moving between high-level executive negotiations and hands-on enablement for partner sales teams. The compensation is highly competitive ($180k–$250k), reflecting the seniority and impact of the role. You’ll be joining a venture-backed startup at a pivotal growth stage, working with an elite roster of clients like NVIDIA and OpenAI. As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a foundational role in building Compa’s partner strategy from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Compa’s leadership team, go-to-market teams, and partners’ sales, product, and executive leaders to drive revenue, create exceptional customer experiences, and deliver meaningful product integrations. This role is highly visible, cross-functional, and impactful—ideal for someone excited to build, scale, and own a world-class partner program.
