This is a high-stakes role for a senior revenue professional who thrives at the intersection of sales and strategy. The ideal candidate has experience carrying a $1M+ quota and navigating the complex ecosystems of enterprise SaaS or HR Tech. Since you’ll be building the partner program from the ground up, you should be a hybrid "builder-seller" who is comfortable moving between high-level executive negotiations and hands-on enablement for partner sales teams.
The compensation is highly competitive ($180k–$250k), reflecting the seniority and impact of the role. You’ll be joining a venture-backed startup at a pivotal growth stage, working with an elite roster of clients like NVIDIA and OpenAI. While the role is hybrid (Orange County HQ), it requires a willingness to travel regularly to build face-to-face rapport with major consulting and technology partners.
