This role is designed for a high-performing professional with at least 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or business development within a tech environment. You should be a bilingual powerhouse (Native Japanese/Fluent English) who can operate independently to build a marketplace from the ground up in a new territory. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with the "scrappiness" needed to recruit sellers and manage influencer partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to lead the Japan launch for a high-growth "unicorn" marketplace. While the base salary isn't listed, the benefits package is exceptionally robust, featuring significant monthly allowances for wellness (¥69,500), childcare (¥693,000 annually), and family planning (¥2.7M+ lifetime).
