This role is ideal for a mid-level support professional with specific experience in the fintech or payments space. The hiring team is looking for someone who understands the "plumbing" of finance—specifically credit card processing, authorization flows, and POS hardware. Since this is a specialized technical support role, an Associate’s degree in IT or two years of relevant hands-on troubleshooting experience is key.
The position offers the stability of a 1,900-person company with the flexibility of a fully remote, US-based schedule (EST/CST hours). It is a highly collaborative environment where you won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be contributing to technical documentation and working directly with development teams to solve complex issues. The compensation is transparently set with an hourly rate up to $22.93.
