This role is designed for a seasoned payroll professional with at least 7 years of experience who has previously managed the payroll function in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a "player-coach" who is equally comfortable with high-level tax compliance and hands-on month-end accounting reconciliations. Experience with ADP is essential, while a background in international payroll (specifically Canada) and scaling processes for independent contractors will set you apart. The compensation is highly competitive for a payroll lead, ranging from $135k to $175k, and the position offers the flexibility of being fully remote.
