This role is designed for a seasoned compliance professional with at least 8 years of experience, specifically within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or co-employment space. The ideal candidate has a deep technical background in multi-state health insurance regulations, ERISA, and the Affordable Care Act, and is comfortable navigating the intersection of benefits, insurance brokerage, and employment law.
A standout aspect of this position is its strategic influence; you won't just be following rules, but designing the compliance architecture for complex, multi-entity products. While the role is based in major hubs like Denver, SF, or NYC, it offers a stable hybrid schedule (2-3 days in-office).
