This role is designed for a proactive, English-speaking student or recent graduate in Istanbul who is eager to launch a career in Human Resources within a high-growth "unicorn" tech environment. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and can commit to at least 3–5 full working days per week in an on-site capacity. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the full employee lifecycle—from running global onboarding sessions to coordinating leadership development programs and managing team-building budgets.
