You will ensure the smooth running of the People Team's engine, manage the integrated People Roadmap, and drive operational excellence by connecting siloed workstreams. Greenhouse is looking for a People Generalist to join our People Team!

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is a trusted advisor, program manager, and operational backbone to the people team. You will act as a strategic extension of the CPO, keeping the People Team's engine running smoothly while ensuring cadence of initiatives land with clarity and purpose. This is not a role for someone who wants a predictable routine; it is for someone who genuine seeks opportunity to make an outsized impact across the entire People function, at a company that understands the strategic value of investing in People practices.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.If you are based in California, we encourage you to read this important information for California residents linked[ here](https://www.greenhouse.io/ccpa-candidate).The national pay range for this role is $88,100 - $120,000 Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
