Summary

This role is designed for an early-career HR professional with 1–3 years of experience who thrives on process and organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in administrative operations, a high degree of comfort with data entry and Excel, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in People Operations within a mission-driven mental health organization. As a hybrid position located in New York City, you will work from the office four days a week. The compensation is transparent, offering a base salary of $53k–$70k plus a performance bonus that can bring total cash compensation up to $74k. This is an execution-heavy role where you will master HRIS platforms like UKG and workflow tools like Jira and Monday.com. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Love "checking the boxes" and ensuring high-volume tasks like onboarding/offboarding are completed with 100% accuracy. * Are highly proficient in Excel (formulas, filters, data validation) and enjoy reconciling data across different systems. * Can commute to the NYC office 4 days per week and live within 45 minutes of the city. * Maintain a service-oriented mindset when answering employee questions and sensitive documentation requests.

About the Role

We are looking for a People Operations Analyst to join our growing People team at Charlie Health. This role is a core execution role within People Operations, responsible for owning high-volume employee lifecycle processes with accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail.
As a People Operations Analyst, you will manage onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and employment verifications end-to-end, working across systems such as UKG, Jira, and Monday.com. You will serve as a primary point of contact for new hires and managers, coordinate closely with IT and Talent, and ensure employee data and documentation are accurate and compliant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their People Operations career who is highly organized, systems-oriented, comfortable working with data, and eager to build strong operational foundations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $53,000 and $70,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $55,000 and $74,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
