Type: Full-time

This role is designed for a seasoned HR infrastructure expert with 12+ years of experience, specifically within high-growth tech environments. The ideal candidate is a "builder" who has navigated the transition from scrappy startup phases to mature, pre-IPO operations. You must be a power user of Workday and possess a data-centric mindset, capable of writing SQL and building dashboards to drive executive decision-making. The compensation is highly competitive ($210k - $280k) for a leadership position at one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in the world. While the role is "remote co-located," it offers a hybrid balance requiring proximity to hubs in NYC, SF, LA, or Seattle. This is a high-impact opportunity to report directly to the Chief People Officer and architect the global systems that will support a workforce scaling to 1,500+ employees. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have led global People Operations through hypergrowth, including international market expansion. * Are an expert in Workday configuration and scaling HCM, Payroll, and Compensation modules. * Can balance high-level strategic planning with "in the weeds" troubleshooting and analytics. * Thrive in environments that value low ego, high action, and operational excellence.
