While the title says "People Partner," the day-to-day focus is heavily weighted toward systems and data. You’ll need at least 5 years of experience, including 2+ years specifically using ADP for payroll and familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday. The position offers a strong base salary of $125,000 and the flexibility of being fully remote, though you must live in the Eastern Time Zone.
