This role is designed for a data-driven growth marketer with 4–6 years of experience who thrives on "zero-to-one" experimentation. You should have a proven track record of managing significant budgets across self-serve ad platforms and a "builder" mentality. The team is looking for someone who can not only manage existing channels but also identify and scale emerging media sources from scratch.
The compensation is highly competitive ($135k–$165k base) and comes with a robust benefits package, including a 4% 401k match, 16 weeks of parental leave, and specialized allowances for wellness, childcare, and "dogfooding" the app. While the company is remote-first, you must live within commuting distance of their hubs in LA, SF, Seattle, or NYC to balance flexibility with in-person collaboration.
