This role is designed for a seasoned growth marketer with 4–6 years of experience who thrives on the "builder" phase of performance marketing. You should be highly analytical and comfortable managing significant budgets across both established and emerging paid media channels. The ideal candidate is someone who can move seamlessly from high-level experimental strategy to the technical, hands-on execution of daily campaign management.
