The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience managing self-serve ad platforms with significant budgets and isn’t afraid to launch experimental channels from scratch. You should be equally comfortable analyzing LTV/CAC metrics as you are collaborating with creative teams to iterate on high-performing assets.
