This role is designed for a data-driven growth marketer with 4–6 years of experience who thrives in a "builder" environment. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience managing self-serve ad platforms with significant budgets and isn’t afraid to launch experimental channels from scratch. You should be equally comfortable analyzing LTV/CAC metrics as you are collaborating with creative teams to iterate on high-performing assets.

While the role is remote-first, you must live within commuting distance of their hubs in LA, SF, Seattle, or NYC.
