Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Client Account Managerto join our growing team in Maitland, FL!
The Personal Lines Representative position provides customer service duties for customer accounts and transactions in support of the production of the business. This role will support our high-net-worth customers.
How You Will Contribute:
- Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client’s needs, including risk and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
- Responsible for retaining the current book of business
- Correspond and maintain contact with State Agencies regarding new and renewal business.
- Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client accounts.
- Prequalifying and analyzing prospect's coverage needs
- Actively soliciting enhancements in coverage (Cross-Selling/Rounding accounts) through sales to existing clients
- Seeking Referrals from current client base for new business prospects
- Operate a laptop/computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent.
- Meet requirements for licensing as directed by the branch/agency.
Licenses and Certifications:- Property and Casualty license
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Routine or periodic travel is required, which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, especially working with HNW clientele. (preferred)
- Working knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight (preferred)
