Type: Full-time
This role is designed for a Board-Certified Physician (MD/DO) who is a recognized expert in perimenopause and menopause. It is a specialized 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week) position that focuses on clinical leadership rather than routine practice. You will act as a "clinician’s clinician," handling complex escalations, managing multi-comorbidity cases, and overseeing clinical quality for a national virtual clinic. The compensation is a flat **$110/hour (approx. $110,000/year for half-time)** on a W2 basis. This 100% remote role offers high-level impact without the move to full-time administration; you remain clinically active by managing high-risk cases and cancer survivorship hormone protocols. A unique requirement is the willingness to maintain licensure across all 50 states, supported by the company. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 5+ years of specialized experience in midlife women’s health and cancer survivorship care. * Are comfortable with a high-responsiveness environment (30-minute response times for clinician escalations). * Enjoy mentoring other providers and refining clinical protocols rather than just seeing a high volume of standard patients. * Already hold, or are willing to obtain, medical licenses in all 50 states.
