Summary

This role is designed for a Board-Certified Physician (MD/DO) who is a recognized national authority in women’s midlife health. You should have at least five years of specialized experience specifically in perimenopause and menopause care. Because this is a high-level advisory position, the ideal candidate possesses deep clinical wisdom, expert-level knowledge of hormone therapy, and ideally, a strong background in cancer survivorship care. This is a **0.5 FTE (part-time)** remote position requiring 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday) at a flat rate of **$110/hr**. While the role is virtual, it is fast-paced; you will act as the "Doc of the Day," providing real-time guidance to nurse practitioners and physicians with a 30-minute response time requirement. It’s an influential opportunity to shape clinical protocols and improve care standards for women nationwide without the burden of a full-time clinical schedule. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Are a menopause specialist with 5+ years of advanced clinical experience. * Hold at least 5 active state licenses and are willing to obtain more. * Thrive in a "consultant" capacity, answering complex clinical escalations and reviewing labs quickly. * Are highly tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-moving telehealth environment.
