This role is ideal for a Board-Certified MD or DO who is a recognized authority in perimenopause and menopause care. The position is structured for a high-level specialist who enjoys clinical problem-solving and mentoring rather than just routine patient volume. You should have at least 5 years of advanced experience managing complex midlife health cases, including multi-comorbidity and cancer survivorship scenarios. This is a unique 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week) position offering a competitive $110/hour (approx. $110k/year for part-time work). It is fully remote, providing high flexibility for physicians who want to maintain a national impact without a full-time clinical load. You will act as a "Doc of the Day," serving as the primary escalation point for other clinicians and helping shape clinical protocols at a fast-growing virtual clinic. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Are high-level expert in hormone management and complex women's health cases. * Have 2+ years of telehealth experience and feel comfortable making quick, decisive clinical judgments virtually. * Are willing to obtain and maintain medical licensure in all 50 states. * Can commit to a 30-minute response time for clinician escalations during your scheduled hours.
