This role is ideal for a mid-level technical support professional with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys deep relationship management. Unlike standard help-desk roles, this position focuses on "Platinum" accounts, meaning you will manage only 3–5 enterprise-level clients. You’ll need a strong understanding of technical integrations—specifically APIs, SSO, and MFA—and the ability to act as a bridge between the customer and the engineering team.
The position offers a fully remote environment within the U.S. and a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000.
