This role is designed for a seasoned Professional Services leader with at least a decade of software implementation experience. The ideal candidate has spent 8+ years in people management and knows how to scale consulting teams within a SaaS environment. You should have a proven track record of managing resource utilization, overseeing complex delivery lifecycles, and acting as an executive point of contact for clients.
