## Job Description: President

### Role Overview

Convoso is seeking a highly experienced and operationally disciplined President to partner with the CEO and founding team to lead the company through its next phase of significant scale. This executive will be responsible for translating the company's vision into focused execution, building the organizational structure needed for growth, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to drive predictable, measurable business outcomes. They will bring a strong focus on operational efficiency, streamlining processes, improving output per headcount, and increasing revenue per employee through disciplined execution and accountability.

Compensation:

The base salary range is: $300,000 - $400,000.

The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso’s compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
