This role is designed for a heavyweight management consultant with at least 10 years of experience specifically within the Life Sciences R&D domain (Clinical, Regulatory, or Safety). The ideal candidate is a "player-coach" who possesses a deep Rolodex of senior leaders at Top 20 Pharma companies and a proven track record of selling and leading high-value digital transformation engagements. The position offers exceptional flexibility through a "Work Anywhere" policy and a broad total compensation package that includes a base salary up to $250k, plus potential bonuses and stock. As a lead for a Public Benefit Corporation, you’ll be at the forefront of a high-growth SaaS environment, blending traditional strategy consulting with cutting-edge cloud technology. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have an established network of R&D executives and can independently generate new business opportunities. * Possess deep subject matter expertise in the Life Sciences R&D value chain. * Enjoy the hybrid challenge of being a lead account strategist while also overseeing project delivery teams. * Are comfortable with roughly 25% travel to maintain high-level client relationships.
