This role is designed for a seasoned cybersecurity architect and consultant who is a recognized expert in Privileged Access Management (PAM). You’ll need at least 6 years of consulting experience and 5+ years of hands-on delivery with enterprise-grade PAM platforms like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea. It is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys high-level solution design as much as mentoring junior consultants and acting as a pre-sales technical advisor. The position offers the flexibility of being fully remote within the United States, though it requires a willingness to travel up to 40% for client engagements. As a "Principal" level hire, you will have significant influence over the company's PAM service offerings and architectural frameworks. The role bridges the gap between deep technical engineering (XML, SOAP/REST, LDAP) and strategic client management. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Hold an engineer-level certification in a major PAM platform (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea). * Have a track record of leading large-scale enterprise deployments from initial assessment through to full implementation. * Are comfortable navigating complex technical environments including Windows/Linux, SQL/Oracle databases, and web services. * Can translate complex security requirements into clear strategies for both executive stakeholders and technical implementation teams.

Recognized as an industry expert, this role is responsible for designing and leading complex PAM solution deployments. Acting as a technical lead, the Principal Consultant advises clients on best practices and ensures excellence throughout project delivery.
This role also involves mentoring other consultants, guiding implementation teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in deploying large-scale PAM solutions, paired with strong communication skills and the ability to operate across multiple projects simultaneously.
