This position requires a unique blend of corporate HR expertise and experience managing large-scale **contingent workforce models**, as you will guide teams across legal, infosec, and engineering. The compensation is highly competitive, reaching up to **$302,000 CAD**, plus bonuses and equity. This is a "ground floor" opportunity to help build a new operational hub in **Toronto**.
