This role is designed for a seasoned ecosystem leader with at least 7 years of experience in partner-led sales and pipeline generation. You should have a deep understanding of the Brazilian tech landscape and a proven track record of managing relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) and major Cloud Partners like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Fluency in English is essential, as you will navigate a complex, matrixed global organization. Based in São Paulo, this position follows a hybrid work model, offering a balance between in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. As a "Principal" level hire, you will receive high-level investment through exclusive enablement programs, including a comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and ongoing leadership development. You will be at the center of the AI-driven data revolution, working with a platform used by 75% of the Fortune 100. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have successfully carried a quota and driven significant revenue through system integrator channels. * Are comfortable translating complex technical concepts (databases, SaaS, DevOps) into clear business value for executives. * Prioritize a "hunter" mindset to proactively prospect and qualify new business through a partner ecosystem. * Thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside Marketing, Solution Architects, and Field Sales to close deals.
