About The Role
At Headway, we're building the future of behavioral health quality and safety. We're hiring a Principal for Clinical Quality to spearhead our clinical quality monitoring initiatives and lead our Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation Program for our network of NPs and MDs/DOs. You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and other teams to build robust clinical quality frameworks and optimize chart review workflows.
