This role is designed for a senior process professional who bridges the gap between Human Resources and technical operations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in process engineering or HR transformation, with a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle—from recruiting to offboarding. You should be a structured thinker who is comfortable using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to dismantle complex workflows and rebuild them for scale.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $121k–$151k, supplemented by equity (RSUs) and discretionary bonuses.
