Who We’re Looking For
- Takes ownership of a core product domain, leading end-to-end strategy and execution of a clinical product.
- Works closely with dental professionals to deeply understand clinical workflows and user needs.
- Partners cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Owns complex integrations and external systems.
- Defines how AI-driven insights are embedded into real-world clinical environments.
- Plays a key role in shaping both inbound and outbound product strategy from discovery and roadmap to go-to-market and adoption.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, solving complex problems with a high degree of ownership.
What You’ll Need to Succeed- Proven experience in Product Management within SaaS environments.
- Strong product mindset- ability to translate user needs into impactful product decisions.
- Experience working on complex systems, integrations, or data-driven products.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and leading cross-functional execution.
- Familiarity with AI-driven products and/or AI tools.
- Experience working with both inbound (product discovery) and outbound (GTM, positioning) motions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with external users (e.g., clinicians) and translate real-world workflows into product solutions.
