Principal Product Manager, Continuous Delivery at Gitlab

You're a seasoned product manager with a founder's mentality, comfortable building new products from the ground up and making decisions with incomplete information. You have deep experience with complex, technical B2B SaaS and developer-facing platforms, particularly in CI/CD systems and deployment tooling. Gitlab is looking for someone to own the AI-First Continuous Delivery product strategy and roadmap in a fully remote, India-based role. This position offers a unique chance to define a new product category and drive significant business outcomes for a well-known DevSecOps platform. You might be a good fit if you: * Have extensive experience owning complex, technical B2B SaaS and developer-facing platforms with a proven track record of launching new products. * Possess deep experience with CI/CD systems and deployment tooling, including building capabilities that improve pipeline reliability, performance, and usability at scale in enterprise environments. * Have strong technical fluency, able to engage credibly with senior engineers on deployment architecture, AI-assisted workflows, Kubernetes, and platform integrations. * Can synthesize qualitative feedback, product usage data, and market research into actionable insights and iterative improvements.
