This role is designed for a high-level individual contributor who thrives on "General Manager" style ownership. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Growth Product Manager with a track record of scaling marketplaces or SaaS platforms. You should be an expert in lifecycle economics (acquisition, activation, and monetization) and comfortable driving high-velocity experimentation without needing a large team of direct reports to get things done.
The compensation is highly competitive, topping out at over $250k base plus bonuses and equity.
