This role is designed for a heavyweight product leader with a deep technical foundation in AI. The ideal candidate has over a decade of product experience, specifically having spent the last 3+ years navigating the complexities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. You should be comfortable moving from high-level strategy to hands-on prototyping, ideally within a mission-driven or health-tech environment. The compensation is highly competitive, reaching up to $327k plus equity, reflecting the seniority and specialized nature of the role. While the position offers remote flexibility for those in Seattle, New York, or LA, it remains a hybrid role for San Francisco residents (3 days in-office). Perks like a monthly wellness stipend and a focus on "responsible innovation" make this an attractive spot for those wanting to use AI for social good rather than just vanity metrics. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have successfully scaled AI-driven products from early-stage prototypes to millions of users. * Are technically fluent enough to debate build-vs-buy decisions and LLM architectures with engineering. * Want to define the ethical and practical frameworks for AI within the mental health sector. * Reside full-time in San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, or Los Angeles.
